Return Policy
We do not accept returns, with the exception of manufacturer defect. Defective or damages include: broken pieces during shipping, warping, jewelry with visible breakage, mismatched or poorly sized jewelry. Defects or damages do not include jewelry that the customer ordered in the wrong size. We only offer refunds for out of stock items if an exchange is not preferred. We are not responsible in any way for lost jewelry or jewelry that has been broken once it is in a customer's possession.
Evolve is not responsible to refund, exchange or credit your account with us for any jewelry that the customer cannot fit due to highly pierced lobes, scar tissue or crooked piercings. Under no circumstances will we exchange jewelry that has already been worn. All returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. The decision as to the whether or not jewelry is defective will be solely up to our discretion. We allow a variance of .5mm on custom jewelry due to the face that they are handmade out of natural materials. Please contact us within 15 days of purchase with any questions or concerns. Custom orders are final sale only. We cannot be responsible for making jewelry incorrectly if we were not provided with measurements.

If you would like to cancel an order we must be notified within twenty four (24) hours of purchase. Many of our items ship next day or we will start the production for jewelry next day, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible concerning any changes to an order. Replying to the order confirmation email is the easiest way for us to change any details on an order, but feel free to contact us via telephone or using the Contact Us page as well.

How do I check the status of my order?
Click on the "My Account" link up at the top and log in. Each order you've placed using the email address you used to login will appear and you'll be able to see the status of each order.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please click on the link within the email to track your package. 

Is it safe to place my order online?
Your payment and personal information is always safe with us. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We do not store your credit card information.

I'm interested in purchasing custom jewelry, but how much will it cost?

If you're interested in getting pricing on custom jewelry, please visit our Custom Jewelry page. You will be asked to submit some information on the type of jewelry you're interested in, as well as your contact info. We will contact you with the price and availability of the item as well as instructions on how to order. We are a small company, with only a few employees who regularly travel for the business, so it may take up to seven (7) days for us to respond to an inquiry, but usually you will hear from us in twenty four to forty eight hours.

I know exactly what I'm looking for, what is the best way to place a custom order?

There are several ways to make a custom order through the website. Drop down menus in the One of a Kind section are available to easily order certain materials we try to keep in stock. We are always open to hear your ideas, so always contact us if you do not see what you are looking for! Wear Surface. What does that mean?
The term "wear surface" refers to the part of the jewelry that actually goes through the piercing itself and is worn inside the body. For plugs, it is the measurement from the from flare point to flare point, and refers to the width of the plug. For labrets, it is the length of the post from the base of the T-back measured to the point where the jewelry protrudes from the lip. We commonly prefer these measurements to be provided to us using millimeter increments instead of inches. If you are confused, contact us! Not only can we assist you in finding the measurement you may need, we can always refer you to a professional in your area who can help you with any body jewelry related questions.

What information do I need to place a custom order?
The most important aspect of ordering custom jewelry in knowing as many measurements as possible. Not only should you know what size jewelry you wear, knowing your preferred wear surface measurement will always ensure you get what you want. For labrets, the more measurements you know the better. Give us any oval labret measurements from top to bottom and side to side of the oval, measured in millimeter increments at the face AND at the base. Wing measurements and concave measurements for the T-back are always a plus. Leave us any additional information in the comment section at checkout. We cannot be responsible for making jewelry incorrectly if we were not provided with measurements.

I have a piece of stone I really like, can I send it to you to make me custom jewelry?
More often than not, yes. However there are a few factors to be taken into consideration before placing an order with material in your possession. Not all stones are safe to wear in the body, and those same materials can be dangerous for us to carve. Some stones contain elements that are toxic, and can be absorbed through the skin into the bloodstream. There are also certain materials that are very soft and break very easily, or cannot be polished to a smooth surface to be safe to wear. Always email us photos with measurements and all the information you have about the material itself and the jewelry you are looking for to [email protected] We will gladly take a look and provide you with all additional information about ordering after we understand everything you are looking for in your custom jewelry order.
